The staff never answered our questions. They're not at all accommodating

I would not recommend to anyone, there nothing for breakfast and no coffee and absolutely nothing there We had to go out for breakfast. They didn’t even had coffee or juice

My husband and I were in Payson for 3 days to visit friends at the Lamplighter in Star Valley. The Super 8 was in the perfect location. The staff were great and very accommodating. Our room was large with a king sized bed and very clean. The price was very fair given the time of the year.

This is your basic Super 8. When I made the reservation I was told the pool was heated to 80 degrees and that there is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. When I checked in no jacuzzi tub in the King suite. I get in the hot tub and check the temp of the pool with my finger and its probably 62 degrees. The desk manager went and turned the heater on for the pool. Next day she said there is no heated for the pool. Never was. Breakfast cereal, yogurt, juice and self made waffles. The room is old and dated but clean, the floor in the bathroom wasn't. The heater is noisy. I did not try the Wifi if they have it. The mattress was uncomfortable probably from being old. Stayed 5 nights. Never again

The floor was dirty. Didnt want to walk barefoot. They may be sweeping it but they are not mopping it! The phone line was cut! Not much of a breakfast. The bed was very comforable though!

Super 2 Front desk staff was super 10. I know this is a motel, but room left a lot to be desired. Shattered door trim from someone breaking in, repaired with paint. TV only showed static. Room smelled musty. Sink stopper missing. I'd say it was a Super 2 at best.
